• We also specialize in generating leads for the digital services providers by mapping the right potential client for them.
• The leads generated will be qualified based on criteria agreed upon with the client.
▎ 3. Lead Generation Process
• Leads will be generated through targeted campaigns tailored to each sector needs of digital service.
• Each lead will be analysed and verified for quality before being delivered to the client.
• We share and communicate with various cannels like e-mail, whatsapp, google meet, phone calls etc…
▎ 4. Pricing Structure
• Bridger is a free platform for the business finding the best digital service providers.
• Pricing is applicable for the digital service providers.
• Pricing is done based on the CPL (Cost Per Lead) model, in which you only pay for the lead generated.
• Pricing is based, with-respect-to the business lead we provide to the digital service provider.
▎ 5. Payment Terms
• Invoices will be issued on a lead generation basis, detailing the number of leads generated and any applicable performance-based fees.
• Payments are meant to be done before the lead is provided.
• If payment delayed or unpaid, the lead is given to other right fit digital service provider.
▎ 6. Lead Ownership
• Dispute related to negotiations, dealing, working, any other between our source and lead, we are not responsible. It’s the responsibility of both source and lead to maintain a healthy relationship.
• Upon payment, all rights and responsibilities to the leads generated will be transferred to the client.
• Leads are exclusive to the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
▎ 7. Refund Policy
• Replacing may considered only if leads do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards or if there is a failure in delivering the leads.
• Refund is not given if there is a conflict or dispute between the lead and the source.
▎ 8. Confidentiality
• We respect the privacy of our clients and their customers. All information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
• We only share the on specific data onetime of our source and lead only when there is a necessary for both the parties.
• We only use the data you provide for finding you a better source (or) lead.
▎ 9. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are expected to provide clear guidelines regarding their target audience and lead criteria.
• Clients must communicate any changes in their requirements promptly.
▎ 10. Dispute Resolution
• In case of any disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication.
• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per the laws.
▎ 11. Amendments
• Bridger reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. It is advised to keep a look on respective inbox and our website.
